- Selling mortgage products.
- Develop and maintaining a good relationship with broker, agent, developer and customers.
- Making mortgage loan proposal for potential customer based on feasibility study.
- Managing and monitoring all customer documents including extension and renewal proposal.
- Able to develop new prospective customers and make periodic activities report to Branch Manager.
- Experience in Marketing Lending (mortgage) at least 2 years.
- Bachelor Degree in any major.
- Strong drive for success, aspire to achieve goals and set targets.
- Having a good customer basis.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good attitude, positive behavior and integrity are required as a banker.
- Fluent in English both oral and writing.
