| Hana Bank is one of the largest Korean Bank belonging to Hana Financial Holdings which has more than 1,200 diverse branch networks with 25,000 work forces in Korea and about 100 overseas networks in 22 countries all over the world. |

| In Indonesia, PT Bank Hana is providing kinds of banking services with a network of 26 branches mostly located in Jakarta. The branch network also covers Surabaya, Bandung and Bogor. We hope to serve more people and companies in Indonesia by expanding our branches and cyber channels like internet & mobile banking by 2013. |

| We started our business by acquiring Bank Bintang Manunggal asset sized by 301Billion Rupiah in 2007. Now our asset size has grown up to 4.0 trillion rupiah, about 13 times bigger than that of acquisition time and loan volume also up to 2.9 trillion rupiah as of the end of July, 2012. |
